What is the typical turnaround time?
This is project-dependent. Upon receipt of your quote we can give you an estimated time of completion. For example, a 25 page web site where all of the content is prepared will normally take 15 working days to complete.

Do you provide images?
We have access to many images, some royalty free, some we have to pay for. Alternatively, if you already have images, we can prepare them for use.

Can you undertake web site maintenance?
Yes. As part of all of our projects, we will support you free for 30 days. After that, we can discuss terms of a support contract. We are very flexible and willing to help as much as we can.

Can you design my site to where I can updated it?
We can build you a "content management system" in order for you to do the basic web site updates such as changing text, font, appearance and images. We also can set up a training session to teach the more advanced functions of HTML design.

Yes. Often this will save you weeks of work and is something that we always look to do.

Our fees vary according to the length of your project and the skills involved, but are fixed in advance so you can budget with certainty.

50% deposit on instruction and 50% on completion.

Am I tied into any long contracts with you?
No. The contract lasts for the project.

Do I have to pay any other costs?
This is all dependant on what you wish to do. No other costs than what is discussed on the original contract will ever be applied unless mutually agreed. Items such as hosting charges and pay-per-click marketing charges will accrue separate charges.

In all other cases apart from cancellation, we will prepare a new quote and adjust the deposit accordingly.
